The scope of work includes enlarging the kitchen, open it up to the back patio with Nanawall doors; expanding the basement for an inlaw space with a sunken stair court, rebuilding the existing garage to create a private office space, various interior and electrical and mechanical updates.

Addition remodel to double the size. An old house was gutted, leaving only the garage and 4 walls. The Interiors, kitchen and baths were upgraded to be more functional. Second floor addition features larger bedrooms.

A storm damaged rebuild house in Santa Cruz County. 1 story above basement, over new reinforced foundation system, designed to address WUI zone, county fire department requirements, and county geologist concerns.

A fire rebuild and condo conversion of a 4 unit apartment building. The design offered better required on-site parking, privacy, and acceptable sound insulation between units.

Designed to maximize site utility, meet the desired number of 1 & 2 bedrooms, and accessible units. Amenities include computer room and other community spaces to encourage social interaction.
